1 Loaf Frozen Bread Dough
2 c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Pepperoni
1 Egg (beaten)
1 T Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 T Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw dough completely, but do not allow to rise. Roll dough out on floured surface to the size of a cookie sheet. Cover dough with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Fold dough to create a log, making sure to seal the edges. Place on greased cookie sheet, seam side down. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake 350º for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
