4 eggs
2 Cups granulated Sugar
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup oil
2/3 cup Brandy - optional!
2 (1 - 15 oz can) Cups pumpkin
3 1/2 cup flout
1 t salt
2 t soda
2 t baking powder
1 1/2 T pumpkin spice
1/2 to 1 cup nuts

Blend together eggs and sugars. Mix remaining ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Bake in 4 1 lb. coffee cans.
