4 Chicken Breasts
4 T Butter
2 T Chili Powder
10 Tortillas
2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cube chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and chili powder. Cook until chicken is white on all sides, remove from pan. Assemble quesadillas: tortilla, cheese, chicken, cheese, tortilla. Spray the pan with a non-stick cooking spray and place quesadilla in pan. Allow bottom tortilla to brown and flip and brown the other side. Once both sides have browned and cheese is melted cut into triangles. Repeat process and serve with sour cream and salsa.
