8-10 large potatoes (cooked and mashed) 1 c sour cream 1-8 oz cream cheese (softened) 1 T butter 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Beat sour cream, cream cheese, and butter together until smooth. Add to mashed potatoes and beat well. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
