Ingredients:  
1 lb fresh tomatillas, husked, cut into quarters, about 12 golf ball sized
1 cup chopped white onion(red too)
1-2 jalapenos
1 tsp honey
4- garlic cloves, minced
1/4-1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 lime
1 medium sized tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Roast tomatillos on the grill until soft and sweet. Also grill the onions for roasted flavor. Let them cool down, then put them in a blender with all other ingredients. Pulse blend until it gets to the texture you prefer. Add salt to taste. Will taste better the next day!

Tastes great as a dip or on chicken! You can freeze roasted tomatillos for the next batch. This salsa freezes well.
