1 1/2 cups uncooked regular grits
6 c boiling water
1 t salt
1/2 cup butter
1 lb Velveeta American Cheese diced
1/4 - 1/2 t Tabasco sauce
3 eggs well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Stir grits into boiling water. Add salt. Return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until grits are thickened. Remove from heat. Add butter, cheese an hot sauce, stirring until butter and cheese melt. Gradually stir about 1/4 of the hot grits mixture into eggs. Add to remaining hot mixture, stirring contantly. Pour into buttered 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
