1/4 cup butter
1 onion
3 - 4 stalks of celery
1 can (3 1/2 cups) stewed tomatoes in pieces w/ juice
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. Shrimp
Chachere's cajun spices
Tabasco
salt
pepper
bay leaf
White Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pan. Sautee onion and celery until clear. Put on medium. Add bay leaf and 1 can stewed tomatoes in juice, add salt, pepper, spices, and tabasco to taste simmer 15 minutes. Add shrimp 10 - 12 minutes before serving.

Serve over white rice.
