2 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 pkg hidden valley ranch mix
1 small can green chilies
1 small can pimentos
1 small can black olives, optional
1 pkg 6-8" flour tortillas
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and ranch mix together. Mix in green chilies, pimentos, and black olives. Spread on flour tortillas. Roll up and slice about 1/2" thickness. Chill before serving.

Switch up the filling by adding red peppers or green onions instead of green chilies and pimentos.
