Crust:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tbsp white sugar
1 cup flour

Filling:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup chopped walnuts - optional
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter well and add flour and sugar. Press into bottom of ungreased 9 X 9" pan and bake for 15 min. While that is cooking, combine the rest of the ingredients. When crust is ready, spread the mixture over and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Cool and cut.
