2 C flour
1T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c shortening
1/4 c flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
3/4 c milk
Topping:
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Sugar, Shortening and salt. Add egg, flour, baking powder and milk. Pour half of dough into greased 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of topping mixture. Place rest of dough on top and sprinkle with rest of topping.
Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes
