1/2 cup melted butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
red pepper, dash

Directions:
Directions:
Blend egg yolks
add lemon juice to the melted butter, slowly add butter mixture to the egg yolks and blend add cayenne pepper and continue to blend until consistency you like. Be careful not to overblend.
