2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
2 tsp. dried tarragon
6 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp. chervil
dash of pepper (white)
dash thyme
2 eggs
2 tsp. dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups hot melted butter

Combine first 6 ingredients, simmer and reduce to 4 tsp. Mix eggs, mustard and lemon juice in a blender. Add reduced mixture to blender. Addbutter a couple drops at a time. Blend a few minutes after butter is added
