6 peppers- sliced 3/4" thick
2 lbs sausage/ hot and sweet
3 onions, sliced thick
tomato sauce
oregano, basil, parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in oven at 350 degrees (or fry pan) for 45 minutes. Brown sliced peppers and onions in sausage grease or oil until soft. Add tomato sauce, a little water, salt and pepper, garlic, parsley. basil, and oregano. Put sausage in sauce and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on Italian hoagie rolls or Italian bread.
