1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 or 3 Roma tomatoes, seeded
½ to 1 red onion, diced
2 jalapeños, diced
Cilantro
Italian Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Pour about ¼ to ½ cup of Italian Dressing and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
