1 cup elbow noodles
1 lb ground beef
¼ cup onion, minced
¼ cup green peppers, chopped
1 small (5 oz) can Pet milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt
Pepper
Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles. Brown ground beef, drain; add onions and green peppers, continue to cook until the peppers are quite well done. Add a little water from time to time to keep from sticking. Add milk, cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, and noodles. Mix all together.
Butter (not oil) a casserole dish. Spread mixture evenly in the dish. Top with about 2 cups of shredded cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
