6 c. flour
3 c. lard
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 T. white vinegar
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Use large bowl. Blend flour,baking powder, and lard together. Mix egg, water and vinegar together. Pour egg mixture into flour mixture. Mix with your hands. Divide into pie size balls, flatten, put in sandwich bags. Can store in refrigerator for two weeks. This makes several pie crusts. I cut recipe in half quite often.
