1 C boiling water
1 C quick oatmeal
1 stick butter
1 C white sugar
1 C br sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking pd
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Topping
1 stick butter
1 C br sugar
6 T milk
1 1/2 C coconut
1/2 C nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water over oats, let stand 20 min. Cream butter and sugars. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350* for 35-40 min
Combine all Topping ingredients. Bring to a boil and spread over cake.
