Spinach Sauce:
1 lb ground Italian sausage or hamburger
1 10 oz pkg chopped spinach
1 Tbls whole basil
1 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp Italian seasoning
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 lb. can tomatoes(chopped)
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce

8 lasagna noodles
CHEESE MIX:
12 oz cottage cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 Tbls parsley flakes
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb sliced mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add all sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for 30 minutes. Cook noodles in boiling salted water. Drain and rinse. Combine all cheese ingredients except for mozzarella cheese.
Layer the noodles, cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese, and spinach sauce mixture two times in the 13 X 9 baking dish. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Let stand fro 10 minutes before cutting
