5 oz Soy sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
1.5 cup water
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Yum! Tenderize Roast if necessary, mix rest of ingredients and place in pyrex baking dish to marinade(at least 6 hours) overnight turning at least 2 times. Grill 30 minutes on each side or to desired doneness, or rareness. Pour marinade through sieve, and keep in refridferater for next use. Can be heated to pour over rice.
