Crust:
1/3 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed Oreo cookies

Filling:
2 (8 oz.) pkgs cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar (or sugar substitute)
2/3 c. Irish Cream
8 oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Melt butter / mix with cookie crumbs to make a 10" pie crust.

Filling: Soften the cream cheese, then cream it & sugar together. Slowly add milk & Irish Cream.

In separate dish sprinkle gelatin on 1/4 c. of warm water & allow to sit for 5 minutes. Then heat gelatin mixture in microwave or on stove until gelatin is dissolved. Add gelatin to cheese mixture. Fold in cool whip.

Pour filling into pie shell / crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Optional - Decorate top with chocolate shavings or piped whipped cream
