2 lbs. flank steak

1 1/3 cup soy sauce
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 T. Worchestershire
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour over steak. Marinate steak overnight. Drain the marinade into a separate bowl and grill approximately 10 minutes on each side.

Add the following to the marinade and use as sauce for meat once done: 1/2 cup water, 1 T. flour, 2 T. honey.
