1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 lbs. Velvetta Cheese
2 cans Rotel tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet, add onion and cook until tender. Drain. Return to skillet. Add cheese and drained tomatoes. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts and mixture is smooth. Serve hot with corn chips. Can also be made in crock pot and can frozen.
