2 cans black eyed peas with snaps
1 cup uncooked Minute Rice
8 strips bacon - cup into 1/2" strips
1/2 cup diced onions
1 cups water
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and bacon, but not until bacon is crisp. Add peas, rice, water and seasonings. Simmer until rice is done. Can make the night before.
