1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 c. white chocolate chips
1 c. craisins©

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix flour, oatmeal, and baking soda in a medium bowl. Cream butter (margarine) and sugars with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add salt, vanilla, and eggs, and beat until well combined. Add flour mixture gradually, beating until just combined. Stir in white chocolate and craisins©. Cover and refrigerate until cold about 30 minutes.
Drop heaping tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 14 minutes until edges are golden brown. Cool.
