1 package bow tie pasta
1 T. oil
2 medium cucumbers, peeled/sliced thin
1 medium Vidalia sweet onion, sliced thin
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 T. ground mustard
1 T. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in water with 1 T. oil added to it. Rinse and cool. Add cucumbers and onion. Mix remaining dressing ingredients; pour over pasta. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
