2 cans black-eyed peas (with jalapeņo if available)
1 (29 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes
2 (15 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 green onions, chopped
1 (16 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Drain black-eyed peas, tomatoes, and corn well and pour in a large bowl. Add chopped parsley and onions. Pour dressing over all and stir well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
