3 C. flour
1 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 C. sugar
1 C. margarine
3 egg yolks
1/2 C. milk
1 tsp vanilla

1 can blueberry pie filling

Icing:
1/2 C. butter
1 tsp salt
1 C. marshmallow cream
1/2 C. shortening
1 8oz cream cheese
1 box (l lb) powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients together; cutting in margarine like pie crust dough. Beat together the yolks; milk and vanilla and mix into dry ingredients. Chill dough in hard to handle.
Roll out enough dough, quite thin, to place over large cookie sheet or large cake pan. Place blueberry pie filling on bottom crust. Roll out rest of dough and cut into strips and put on crossways (lattice like) on top of filling. Pinch sides of dough together and bake at 375º until done; about 25 minutes. Cool and frost with Icing and sprinkle with coconut.
