3 C. sugar
1 C. evaporated Milk
1/2 C. butter or margarine
2 C. semisweet chocolate chips
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow cream
1 C. chopped nuts
2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium and boil for 7 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla. Pour into buttered 9 x 13" cake pan.
