1 pkg dry yeast
1 C. Boiling water
1 tbs sugar
1 C. milk
2 eggs
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp salt
1/3 C. oil
7 C. flour (approx)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water sugar & milk, when cooled add yeast and let it dissolve. When yeast is dissolved, mix in 3 cups of flour and let stand about 1/2 hour.

Mix eggs, sugar, salt and oil together and add to dissolved yeast mixture. Blend in approximately 4 cups additional flour to make a soft dough.

Knead until smooth and elastic; let rise and make into rolls, let rise again and bake.
