1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 beaten egg
1 C beer
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Then mix together egg and beer. Soak onion rings or fish in milk. Drain. Dip in dry flour, then dip in batter. Deep fry at 375 to 400º.
