10 chicken breasts
1 garlic clove finely pureed
1/2 cup dried oregano
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup canned plums
1/2 cup Spanish olives
1/2 cup capers with juice
6 bay leaves
1/4 cup parsley flakes
S/P to taste
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together everything but the last 2 ingredients. Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish, one layer. Pour on the sauce. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour wine over it. bake at 350 for 35- 40 minutes.
