1 c water
1 c sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
3 ounce box of strawberry Jello
1 qt fresh strawberries
2, baked, 9 inch pie shells
sweetened whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar and cornstarch. Boil until clear and thick. Add strawberry Jello. Mix well and cool. Add fresh strawberries. Divide filling between baked pie shells. Chill and top with whipped cream.
