1 stick margarine
2 c sugar
2 tbsp cornmeal
2 tbsp flour
4 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla
1 3/4 c crushed pineapple
1/2 cup angel flake coconut
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar together. Mix with meal, flour, eggs, vanilla, and pineapple and coconut. Pour into pie crust. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 until golden brown and firm.
