2 eggs
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup raisins (or nuts, dates or coconut)
1/4 cup milk (small)
pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and spoon into unbaked tart shells, filling to about 3/4 full.

Bake at 350 for approx 20 minutes or until filling is set.

Cool and serve.
