1 yellow cake mix
1 can fruit cocktail (do not drain)
1 egg
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. brown sugar
TOPPING:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/4 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients except the brown sugar and TOPPING ingredients and beat for 1 minute at medium speed. Spread in 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Boil the TOPPING ingredients for 2 minutes and spoon over hot cake.
