1 bunch broccoli 1-1/2 c. flour 4 T. cornstarch 1/2 t. baking powder 1/2 t. baking soda 1/2 t. salt 1-1/2 c. water
Cut the flowerets off the broccoli stems. Dip in batter made from last 6 ingredients. Drop into deep fryer. Cook until golden brown. Serve with favorite dippin sauce such as cocktail sauce or honey mustard sauce or ranch dip.
