4 C Frozen Hashbrowns, thawed
2 C Whipping Cream
1 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
1/4 C Sliced Green Onions
1 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly spray 9 x 13 pan. Combine hashbrowns, cream, 1 1/4 C Cheddar Cheese, onions, salt and pepper in large bowl. Mix well.
Spoon mixture in dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake until bubbly and golden brown, 45-60 minutes.
