1 29 oz. pure pumpkin
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 c sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
¾ cup melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon until well blended. Pour into a 9 X 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle the cake mix on top. Cover with pecans. Drizzle melted butter or margarine on top. Bake for about 50 minutes .
If you are using a Dutch oven, use a 12” Dutch oven, use 6 to 8 briquettes under the Dutch Oven and 18 to 22 briquettes on the lid.
Serve with ice cream.
