Cake:

20 oz. can of crushed pineapple (not drained)
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
2 t. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs

Icing:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Dump all cake ingredients together and mix. Bake in 13 x 9 pan for 45 min. in a 350-degree oven.

Mix together frosting ingredients and put on the warm cake.

Store cake in refrigerator. Will keep several days.
