1 head cauliflower couple stalks broccoli 1 1/2 cups frozen peas 1/2 cup pecan pieces 8-10 slices crisp bacon 1 medium red onion 1 cup craisins 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sugar 6 tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 large can mandarin oranges
Chop the first 6 ingredients very small. Mix with the craisins and sharp cheddar cheese. Cover with the mayonnaise, sugar and red wine vinegar. Just before serving add the mandarin oranges.
