1 1/2 pounds flounder fillet
1/2 cup milk
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. hot sauce
Dash of Old Bay Seasoning
1 cup yellow corn meal

Directions:
Directions:
Line with Reynolds Wrap a large baking pan sprayed with Pam. Mix milk, egg, hot sauce and Old Bay Seasoning. Dip flounder in this. Then coat each side with yellow corn meal. Put on baking pan. Preheat oven to 400º. Cook 10 minutes or until brown. Turn and cook another 10 minutes or until brown.
