Large Mushrooms
Light Margarine
Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 or 3 Scallion onions (Diced
Low Fat Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:

Wash and De-stem Mushrooms
1/4 tsp of Light margarine in the bottom of each mushroom
Fill the mushroom with low sodium soy sauce
fill with diced scallion onions
Top with low fat Monterey Jack cheese
Bake at 350 alt186 for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
