Preheat oven to 400º
Spray pan with Pam

In a bowl mix:
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. creamed corn
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. oil
12 oz sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:

Pour into pan great more cheese over the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top of the bread springs back to the touch.

You can also add 1 lb sausage browned to serve as a breakfast casserole.
