2 c. sugar 1 c. light corn syrup 1/2 c. water 1 c. butter 2 c. raw peanuts 1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. raw chip coconut
Combine sugar, light corn syrup and water in a 3 qt. saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil then add butter. Stir frquently until mixture reaches 230º. Add raw peanuts and continue stirring until 305º. Quickly remove and stir in baking soda. Mix well and add coconut. Mix well and pour into 2 well greased sheet pans. As it cools stretch out.
