1 cut up chicken or can use all legs and thighs
1 1/2 c. minute rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 envelope of onion soup
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chicken. Place rice in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Heat soups and milk together and pour over rice. Lay chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup. Cover and bake 2 hours at 325.
