4 chicken breasts
2 (10-oz) pkg. broccoli
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 pints chicken stock
3 heaping Tbsp. flour
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken and remove meat from bone. Cook broccoli and drain. Make sauce from chicken stock using flour, salt,pepper and milk. Stock should be boiling. Add other ingredients that have been mixed. Boil until thickened. In an 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish, place layer of chicken and a layer of broccoli. Add sauce. Top with grated cheese. Bake about 30 minutes at 350.
