2 Cups basil leaves cleaned
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
13 cup pine nuts or walnuts
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine basil and nuts and pulse in food processor or blender. Add garlic and pulse. Add EVOO in slow stream. Add cheese and pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
