1 medium size pork tenderloin
1 bottle Mojo marinade
1 small can green chiles
1 small onion, chopped
shredded mozzarella cheese
shredded lettuce
cilantro chopped
small flour tortillas
lime

Directions:
Directions:
In crock pot or slow cooker, add pork tenderloin, mojo marinade to cover, chiles, and chopped onion. Cook 4-6 hours. Pull pork apart using large fork and knife (this can be done in crock pot, and pork will continue to soak up marinade). Assemble tacos, top with cheese, lettuce, cilantro and lime juice. Options include adding beans, corn, and/or salsa.
