1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, softened
5 oz evaporated milk
2 eggs
16 oz canned pumpkin for pies
3/4 C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/4 C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350
Mix together cake mix, egg and butter.
Pour mixture (saving 1 C for later) into 9"X13" pan
Mix together evaporated milk, eggs, canned pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon and ginger and pour over first layer.
Take the 1 C saved cake mix and add 1/4 C sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon and put on top of pumpkin layer.
Bake for 45 min.
