Ingredients:
4 Pieces chicken
1 onion chopped
2 sweet or regular potatoes
2/3 cup orange juice
1 clove garlic minced
1 cube chicken bullion
1 tsp. salt
1 can coconut milk
¼ tsp pepper
3 tsp. curry powder (red, yellow, Indian, or paste)
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in crock-pot with chicken on bottom. Cook on Low 6 hours or high for 4. Serve over rice! I use less curry (about 2 tsp of powder as paste is spicier) so it’s not so hot and then my kids love it!
